With his no pressure consultative helpful approach to selling cars, he will put you at ease with no pressure or pushy sales tactics. He is a genuinely helpful and thoughtful, this goes for the finance staff as well. Me, my wife, and my sister, all got brand new Kia's here within 2 weeks. After my sister death with Jamal, she knew she had to recommend him, now me and my wife are happy, we are doing the same to you. This is the friendliest dealership, would highly recommend. He was quick to address my inquires with no hesitation, very genuine, personable, knowledgeable, straightforward and didn't try to hide anything about vehicles unlike some used lots. Kind and Respectful

I was looking to purchase my first new car. I had my heart set on the K5 GT in Wolf Grey. "Unfortunately" my local dealership (Windsor) was unable to "secure" one for me. However, I was once again offered the white one that was available on the lot. I asked once more if they could get either the GT or GT line in Wolf Grey. I was told, "I'll have to check but I don't think so, unfortunately." I never heard back from the sales rep in Windsor. So I took matters into my own hands. I did the work myself. I made some phone calls and searched the internet. Right there in front of my eyes on the Grimsby website was the car I was looking for!

I sent a message after 11:30 pm. Two mins later GEORGE answered my message. The next day we sealed the deal! The car could have been delivered, however, I chose to take the train there. I was so impressed with all the staff! Everyone treated me with kindness and respect. You feel good vibes when you walk into the dealership. Everyone was great at handling my enthusiasm, as I was extremely happy about my new purchase! The salesman at Windsor Kia should take a lesson from these guys! Once again thank you GEORGE, Kyle, Dean, and Darren. It has been a pleasure doing business with Grimsby Kia. I would highly recommend my friends and family make the trip to see these guys!

Incredible Staff

The sales staff and office staff went above and beyond for our little family! My husband and I recently lost our 4-year-old daughter and passed along our wheelchair-accessible van to another family. We had purchased another vehicle through Better Way and I had my heart set on a Kia Soul, so we headed to Grimsby Kia. Looking for and/or purchasing a new vehicle was a big step for my husband and me. The staff was incredibly patient and understood how sensitive of a situation this was. This was a bittersweet purchase for us but I am absolutely thrilled with our new Kia Soul and cannot thank Josh and Tony enough for their outstanding service.
