We're currently looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales and Leasing Consultant to join our team.
As a Sales and Leasing Consultant at Grimsby Kia, you will be the first point of contact for customers looking to purchase or lease a new or pre-owned vehicle. Your role will involve understanding customer needs, presenting vehicle options, and guiding clients through the sales or leasing process with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Greet customers and assist with their vehicle needs in a friendly and professional manner
Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Kia vehicles and pre-owned inventory
Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
Explain financing, leasing options, warranties, and features to customers
Guide clients through the entire sales/leasing process from inquiry to delivery
Follow up with prospects and maintain ongoing relationships with existing customers
Meet monthly sales targets and performance goals
Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and in compliance with dealership and industry standards
Work collaboratively with the sales, finance, and service departments to provide a seamless customer experience
Previous automotive sales or customer service experience is an asset but not required
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and achieve targets
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Valid Ontario G driver's license with a clean driving record
OMVIC certification (or willingness to become certified)
